I'm confused and upset about lesson 7 on the certification course 1 and lesson 7 on the cerification
Ok I'm confused about this lesson 7 in course 2. The reason is we all did course one lesson 7 and up until this point I followed it. In course 1 it says under 300 qsr but this one days under 100 qsr. Does this mean I need to replace all the key words I chose now? I'm still in the beginning but to me what I've done was hard work so I'm a bit upset. I don't get why two lessons say something different. What do I do?

Your work is totally still valid. Adding content to your website is always worthwhile because Google likes sites with more stuff on them. And Google likes to see content being added fairly consistently, regardless of any keywords/QSR/etc.
Regardless of the actual number, a lower QSR will be easier to rank for. One of those lessons probably should be updated so they are consistent, but I wouldn't worry about it too much. Start targeting keywords with a QSR under 100 for now (where possible). If a keyword is over 100, but under 300, I would probably still consider using it, especially if there aren't any good alternatives.
