The Benefits Of PayPal To Pay Your Annual WA Subscription

Just in case you do not know, there is one huge benefit in paying your annual Wealthy Affiliate subscription on PayPal. Specifically, PayPal Credit.

I don't know if this benefit applies to you or not. Here is an account of my experience.

My PayPal Upgrade Experience

My upgrade time finally arrived a short while ago. Once I was ported to PayPal, I had the option of paying the full amount directly from my connected bank account. Or, I could use PayPal credit. I choose the latter. Here's why.

PayPal gives me 6 months to pay this in full and incur no interest. If I do not do so, the accrued interest will be added to the balance and my payments will revert to a regular monthly payment option. in order for this to work, you must have sufficient credit available. Otherwise, the charged amount will be deducted directly from your connected bank account.

To me, it is like getting 6 months of "free" Premium Plus. I use quoted because it is only a delayed payment, And not truly free.

Consider This An Investment - A Tax Write Off

I had already earned more than enough in my affiliate income to pay cash for Premium Plus. But why when I have this interest-free loan for six months? Meanwhile, I will be able to add to my income by applying what I learn in Premium Plus.

Discuss this with your tax accountant, but I feel this expense can be written off on one's taxes. At least in the US. I know it applies to me.

Two Posts In One Day For A Good Reason

Two WA posts in one day is a record for me. After my last post, I said my next post will be as a Premium Plus member. I had intended to wait a day or two. Why do it now

There is still time for members to upgrade to the annual discounted plans. I wanted to share the benefits of PayPal with members who may be hesitating. If you have PayPal credit that exceeds $499, go for the annual discounted Premium Plus plan before it ends in a few hours. Do the same for upgrading to Premium.

It feels great to wear the CROWN!

I wish you much success in your affiliate marketing journey.

Cheers.

Edwin

Good morning Edwin,

Thank you for your interesting blog post, it's appreciated.

Many times when I have checked out at PayPal, I have seen the PayPal credit button. I must admit I have totally ignored it as I thought it would probably cost me money! If it's interest-free, then it looks like a great way to spread the cost.

Having been self-employed since 1983, which is almost all my working life, I take full advantage of writing expenses off against tax. I don't know how many members are aware that they can do such a thing? It's very useful and beneficial to be able to offset business expenses against tax. Members should definitely be doing this.

Two Wealthy Affiliate blog posts in one day, that's good going, Edwin! I think I may have achieved this once or twice, although one post was probably short! Well done on your achievement!

Have a great day.

Roy

Thanks for your comments Roy. I appreciated your validation too.

After Facebook banned me from posting articles from my affiliate marketing website on my Business Page, I got dejected. They said I violated community guidelines. Phooey. Pinterest, Linkedin, and others don't think so. I asked for the reason several times and they ignored my question.

I discovered they had no issues with me posting affiliate links from Wealthy Affiliate. That gave me an idea. Why not write posts there and use my affiliate link from those posts to peak Facebook visitors' interest?

However, Tim McKinlay, one of the Super Affiliate rainers, and my sponsor have abandoned Facebook because he observed it has evolved into a PPC marketing machine. At least I can use FB to link to my WA posts, as well as other material on WA.

You are quite the entrepreneur having been independent for such a long time. I am retired and pursuing affiliate marketing to become an independent entrepreneur myself.

All the best.

Good morning Edwin,

Thank you for your reply, as always, it's appreciated.

Do you know, Edwin, I have never been a particular fan of Facebook. However, in the early days, Facebook pages could really be quite powerful. Especially when commenting, Facebook users could see your brand name, which could be of interest to many potential customers. However, that's all changed now.

I'm going slightly off-topic now, but I think LinkedIn has far more potential. Interesting enough I commented on Koda's post about LinkedIn earlier this morning.

Think different platforms work for different people, but we have to go with what works for us and what feels comfortable.

I've always liked doing things Edwin, even before a left school I was working in peoples gardens and earning a bit of extra money. I have never made the big bucks, however, I'm thankful that I have hippie the in been able to keep my head above water.

I really do believe that the Internet has huge potential. Many people do not see or understand the power of the Internet, however, I do, massive time!

I think an online business is fantastic for retired people who want to keep their brain active. I am 56 and would like to slow down a bit, I'm thinking of selling my offline business and focusing on the online business. I'm making money online, however, I believe that if I went full-time online I could quickly fill the pay gap. I mean that in a positive way, not a boastful way.

I think it's great what you are doing Edwin, I also think there is huge potential in your piano playing on YouTube and more!

I have lots of credit cards and they all are loaded to my PayPal dashboard.
The advantage of doing that is great. If you are reaching your credit limit on one card that is on a subscription, you can switch the payment to one of the other credit cards to secure the payment without any issues. Thanks for sharing. All the best!

Thank you Edwin, I didn't know that. That's a smoking hot 🔥 save money ( save possible holiday-lack- of-money-stress? WOW). And spread it out like butter, only better!
Always so happy for what you share with us ALL.
I see it takes some preparation to make it work, but ALL good things do take planning And action. Thank you!
