When our mind gets overwhelmed we need to REST OUR MIND!
When our mind needs to find balance we RESET
When our BRAIN feels in mixed emotions we have to RETRAIN to stay afloat a POSITIVE MINDSET!

Brain and mind are not the same. Your brain is part of the visible, tangible world of the body. Your mind is part of the invisible, transcendent world of thought, feeling, attitude, belief and imagination. The brain is the physical organ most associated with mind and consciousness, but the mind is not confined to the brain. The intelligence of your mind permeates every cell of your body, not just brain cells. Your mind has tremendous power over all bodily systems.
To conclude, we need to listen and abide by the way our MIND and BRAIN collaborates together. It may sometimes be overwhelming and then the impact may be too much for us humanly individuals to handle. So when your mind feels overworked we must apply REST, for it has the overall power to operate and function.
