What a life's daily inspiration for us and we hope a life's daily inspiration for others!
We are so anxious,excited and apprehensive at the same time about making this announcement!
We know we are not exactly in our youth and we do not fit ’ the norm” Nor do we want to be. However, we are who we are! Excited! We are just us!
We love you guys, you have been nothing but kind to us.
Sadly our offline ” friends and family ” have not been supportive. They act embarrassed, shun us and will not listen to how excited we are .
For some reason, probably, many reasons many folks take glee in seeing people get excited about something, to see someone with such passion, hopes, and dreams but deep down they are hoping things don't work out.
Sometimes they hurt us verbally as well as their none verbal language.
They look at us like you would break your neck to look at a gruesome wreck as you drive by the ambulance. You want them to be OK but gosh your gonna stare! We Are not freaks! Maybe weird but not freaks!
Me personally (Elaine)I feel the people that take glee in watching others get excited but you know, that you know, they do not want good things for you. It just speaks volumes of their sad life.
They must have poor self-esteem, and are wishing they had a different life and they are wanting us to be stuck in their rut, their existence,and join their pity party.
What’s the saying ‘’misery loves company”
Well, Scarlett and I want to be in the company of encouragers, to be uplifting, to wipe those tears when our friends fall and when disappointments seap in and tell them “It’s Gonna BE OKAY!
And for us to know when we fall we can look up and see one of you guys there telling us It’s Gonna Be OKAY!
Or maybe tough love is what is needed......( But in a loving manner)
Did your parents ever whip you and then have the audacity to Say This Hurts Me More?....
Really!? How Does that make sense?
Well yes kinda! If I am having a pity party I would Expect my friends to snap me out of that ugly!
God don't like ugly!
So back to our exciting news, Scarlett and I have been best friendzzzz for years! We get each other, ......so YES it is happening......we are expecting!
The due date is close so, so,close, I am nesting as they say, getting ready for the big day...Scarlett is going nuts in the kitchen making our favorite foods.
Is it a boy, is it a girl, well we often say ” when she arrives will we be ready?
The answer has to be a resounding yes!
Thank you for letting us be excited in this safe place with you guys without judgment!
Elaine and Scarlett are expecting their very first website to give us a bouncing Baby of success any day. So we want you in our celebration.

Congratulations! I am happy for you, and what's more is you write this poem of love for your baby. Heart melted. Well, I think a baby is the best reason to get excited. I have had 7 natural child births if you have any question I would be honored to answer if I know.

Both of you are strong and have each other’s back. You are blessed to have a friendship that weathers the storms in life, including the dark clouds of negativity from family members.
