First Breakthrough
I have been working at this blogging thing for about a month and 2 weeks now. It has been a tough journey so far and i'm only at the early stages of my business. I know it will only get harder! But I welcome that with open hands. It's tough when you put a lot of work into something and you don't necessarily see any results.
and then it finally happened...
My First Organic Comment
We all know of site-comments and how useful it can be. So I was used to getting comments from their basically everyday. But this time it was different...
I signed into my website, you can check it out here if you want ( www.exerciseatthedesk.com ) and I saw a little notification in my comments bar at the top of the page. It was strange because it didn't show up on my WA site comments so I was a little suspicious.
I received my first organic comment!
But it was More Than That...
It wasn't your usual comment
Just for a background, my website is all about helping people who work at a desk (office or at home) to maintain/optimize their lifestyle by teaching them how to live a more active and healthier lifestyle!
So I was doing a review post on a foam roller product, which is just a self massaging tool that helps you release knots and tension throughout your body. Anyways the comment I got was from another website who manufactures the product that i was reviewing..
She first off told me that the picture I was using was not of the specific product that I was reviewing, but then she went on to tell me that my review was great.
I Was Curious So I Had To..
I had to email her and ask her how she found my site..
She messaged me back promptly and said that she found my site by searching the keyword "rumble roller review 2016". I was pretty ecstatic after hearing this! We emailed each-other a few times and then it happened...
Her company was manufacturing a couple of new prototypes and she asked me if i would want them shipped to me to do a review on them.. FOR FREE!!! How awesome is that
This is the post that I got the organic comment on! http://exerciseatthedesk.com/rumble-roller-deep-ti...
You Just Need To Keep Pushing On No Matter What!!
and remember..

Cheers.
