I am able to get on other blogs, but for some reason when I try to get on my blog at work it say, blocked to not knowing type of content of site. How can I resolve this.

I am having a problem connecting my website to google plus. I followed Kyles video step by step.
States that Link (direct or indirect) from Website to Google+:NO<
Hi,
Visit Google My Business and choose the page you'd like to manage.
Select My Business > Google+ Page from the left hand navigation menu.
On the ‘About’ tab, click the Link website button next to your website URL.
Follow the steps in the box that appears:
Copy and paste the code snippet provided to the <head> tag of your website and click the Test website button.
Google will check to make sure you've added the snippet to your website correctly.
Click Done when the check is complete.
A verified checkmark checkmark will display next to your website on the 'About' tab of your page's profile. It may take a few days for the checkmark to appear.

Highly likely your IT department is conrolling content viewed at work
Not sure, I am able to view any blog off of here. I was able to view my old site, the block says it is unable to categorize my content.
