I've been here about 50 days now and have no referrals, so to pay for membership I've started a resource site. only started yesterday. Basically WAers leave small ways to earn a few dollors on the site so everyone can see whats out there, all in the same place. It only has 2 items on it at the moment but hopefully over time it will fill out. It's also thrown up, so if you have any earners to put on it leave it in comments.

It takes a while. Six months is not uncommon. Unfortuneately no official metrics exist to my knowkedge. You need to be patient. Also communicate with your free signup referrals and try to help them see that premium is a better place to be in long run.
