I would like to start by saying that I have a great love for this community. However I'm noticing a trend. It seems to me (and I may be mistaken), that ranking in this community has very little to do with ones success ratio.

As I explore, I see some coming in with great excitement about the new found opportunities that lay ahead. Others however with much lower rankings seem to be a little, oh shall we say; discouraged. This is troubling to me. Somewhere along the path of training something is being lost. Confusion always comes from the same place. Lack of experience, or lack of knowledge. During my short time here I have seen with my own eyes that there is absolutely no lack of knowledge in this training, or by many of the members.

So I ask myself: What is the cause of this confusion? It's the very same answer that plagues much of society. The same answer that causes divorce, disgruntled teens, and well let's just say late night affairs. The answer is: "UNREALISTIC EXPECTATIONS."

We all feel it when we arrive, the air bubbling with excitement that this may really be that thing we have been searching to find. The Joy we feel inside as we discover that the unseen may actually be real. You see even though this community has great People in it, and even though there is some of the greatest training on the planet compiled in one place. It can not provide you with the true excitement you had when you joined.

The only thing that will sustain you through this journey to Success; is your ability to see the unseen. So not to long ago I came across this little fun photo. Take a moment and enjoy some humor with me. See if you still have the CLEAR VISION that you had when you came in.
