I cant register as an Amazon because of my phone number?
I try to get registered for Amazon associates program. When I get to the part where I have to enter my phone number, I get the following message: "Amazon is prohibited from making calls to the number you have entered. Please enter a different phone number and try again."
I double checked if I've entered the correct number. Then, I added another number. I checked if my number is correct in international dial checker and it said it was correct.
But, this message keeps showing up. I've written to support, they redirected me to Associates department. I've waited on hold for 5 minutes. The only thing the lady asked is where I am from (Bulgaria). Then she said keep trying until technical department fix this. I think this was a polite rejection to help me. Two days later, everything is the same. I get a pin generated, though.
Can someone please help?

This is a common complaint about Amazon. Unfortunately, there is nothing that the community can do to assist you. The resolution will have to come from Amazon.
