Hi there!
You need to insert the image into the "featured image" section under your editing window for that particular post. Only then, will it show up on your blog roll.
I am not sure if you can insert videos though.

Thanks for your reply. I have found some of the themes will not work too well with video. So I have used the link for the video only and it work around the problem. egadgets336.com is my site. Please check it out and leave me a comment to let me know what you think. Thanks
