Returning to the first motivation--Reflections
Best wishes to all WA-ers.
I always hear this urge: go back to the beginning, for example when I started the WA study.
I have a little lesson that I always practice, something related to the good start early in the morning.
But in general to make a good start, to do things better.
Meditate on this unceasingly.
It's great to return to the inspiration from the beginning, but now on another level.
Let's take root in new habits: not a month, not 2, but much longer as needed.

Hi Vasile, Yes when we lose what we love to do, meaning when we lose the passion for what we are doing, then to get that motivation we have to return to our 1st love and then we gain the passion back.
We have to maintain that passion. Somehow someway because then the love and passion is lost and then it becomes a chore and we don't want that at all.
