I Restrained Myself - Reflections
Best wishes to all WA-ers.
I restrained myself for 3 days more than usual.
No peanut butter, no juice, no pastry but some bread for my weaknesses.
And I lost 1,600 Kg.
It is an exercise of will.
Which brings a lot of satisfaction.
But you have to get used to it, to do this many times.

Hey, Vasile. I think you typed the wrong weight - you must have been very heavy if you lost 1600 kilograms.

Great work - have you ever looked at the benefits of fasting ? I have seen and witnessed wonderful things - however as you say a little restraint shows many benefits and 1.6kg is fantastic

I have heard fasting is an incredible thing for the human body! I have had health issues most of my life and caused me to have a very weak heart muscle! My Cardiologist said it regulates your heart rate and lowers cholesterol. I have done the 16:8 fast and feel great when you get over that hump of cravings.

So agree , it’s more mental but the feeling of a 16hour fast is great -some even call it life changing 👍😎 -
It is and planned accordingly you have 6 to 8 hours of sleep in there where your body is fasting. Also, that is said to be the best time for your body to clean out the toxins.

Oops. I see - I am used to 1.600 kg - not 1,600 - In the U.S. we write it differently.
