Two types of employees?! Important!
In my experience and 20 years worth I have found Two Types of Emplyees and nothing wrong with either, just fact, by so important for any Business with Employee's!!!!!
I have and will always be an Epic Influence in the most Positive fashion to help My Employee's Grow within My Company! Even if they want to do something else in the future I encourage My Company as a stepping stone! Build Your Employee Up For SUCCESS!
First: Employee who just wants a Paycheck for 40Hrs and maybe Overtime. This Employee simply keeps the wheels of the company turning and nothing more and they do have to be monitored as they care not for the company but just the Pay Check!
Second: Employee who wants the above and a lot more! As follows!
To learn more about thier position! To become the best in their position!
Want to do more so they can advance within the company, specific steps to take and do!
Come to me to ask if they can provide additional assistance or help!
If they need more money and they have a day or two off then call me and I will have work for them! NOT for me to call them and plead for them to come to work!
This particular Employee comes to work with the following attributes: A smile in the morning! They say " Good Morning "! They Enjoy coming to work and working their job! They come to work ON TIME OR BEFORE! They respect your equipment and or office! They respect your clients and their Businesses and or Properties! They are Polite and have Basic Manners! They Respect Themeselves! They ask questions and I say if you have a suggestions to make things better tell me! I'll try it and if it works great and if not then at least we tried! To find an Employee like this is like finding a Diamond in the Rough!!!
I am NOT and Employee Provider! I am a Businessman and am in Business to make money!

I agree 110% Doug.
99% of employees in America are Employee #1 and always will be.
99% of employees (at least in America) live from one paycheck to the next and will do that until they die. Sad but true. They are so conditioned that this is acceptable and this type of conformation is the worst thing one can do if one expects to ever have absolute financial freedom.
One must have the courage to believe in themselves and to grab the opportunity to do more with their lives. I quit the 9-5 at 46 twelve years ago and have never looked back. I work as a Personal Training Nutritionist 3 months out of the year and travel the other 9.
I am the best boss I ever had. I get a raise whenever I ask, I get a vacation whenever I want.
