Just wanted to give a special mention to the guys in support at WA. I've never had to use them before until now, when I managed to run a script on my website to change a few things and trashed it. I didn't back it up, which is a sin I know!
Anyone that has ever used hosting in general will know that it's very hard to find support that gives you an answer in minutes unless you are paying for it, and it can get expensive.
WA is good value by itself but the tech support really does make a difference. So, if you every worry about your website in the event of disaster, i hope that this post gives some reassurance that you are in safe hands.
Anyway, i'm pretty sure none of you would make a mess as big as I did!
