Grateful
Today is a good day, a day that is made for all of us. I am grateful for the beautiful sun, the moon, the stars, and the rainy day is also a wonderful day, I am grateful that I have a mind of peace and imagination, a mind that sees everything for the beauty in it, there is beauty in how the sunshine each and every day, I am grateful for that, the moon shines at night even how it rains with the clouds. The beautiful raindrops which make everything grow the grass, the flowers, the trees, the seeds, also the weeds, everything grows if it is planted and there are things that are not planted, that will grow with the sunshine, rain, and water. Being grateful is a feeling of showing an appreciation of kindness; thankful. Appreciative of benefits received. What is the difference between thankful and grateful? The Oxford Dictionary defines the word thankful as "pleased and relieved" Both of those are great feelings... The Oxford dictionary defines the words grateful as "showing an appreciation of kindness." This is where the difference lies; being thankful is a feeling, and being grateful is an action.
An example of grateful is how you feel when you are thirsty and someone brings you an icy cold glass of water.
Be grateful that there are two words that can change your life, and say them over and over again.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I love it,

You are on point; we are often unaware of all the good things happening around us. We expect them to be there forever and thus take them for granted.
Making an effort to notice the good in our lives have many benefits, including more happiness and less stress.
Thank you for the reminder, Dorothy.
