Hi, Doreen! Sorry you are having a problem. I am not sure how to fix that but you have signed on and obviously are inside. Maybe there is a glitch in the software. Maybe they are working on it. Anyway I would just wait and see if it resolves itself. I can see you are inside and that you are aPremium member so your end is ok. Hope that helps!

Oops. I've been offline for a few days due to a glitch in my service. Thanks to Marion Black and Edcaro for suggestions which put me on the right track to correct it. Then, a big THANK YOU to those new followers who joined me during the last few days. I'll be getting to know you and follow you all through your profiles and these chats. I've fallen behind in the training because of the interruption so won't be checking the chats and discussions until i've caught up but in the meantime, good luck to you all
