Google Authorship
I have been going through the courses and find them easy to follow. Sometimes my mind draws a blank and have no idea what to write about. My keyword searches all come back the same so I am not getting any new ideas. Other days I can't seem to shut up when it comes to content. :))
I am hoping that at some point I will be able to post something in the success post. But not yet anyway.
I have 4 websites, 2 main ones and 2 I purchased to flip. I have just listed them so I will see if anyone wants to buy them. If not I guess I do some more work to keep the sites up!
I did run into a problem today in this course as is listed below.
Well I am in Course 4, level 7 all about Google authorship and linking Wealthy Affiliates and Google + Everything seemed to go well and it was pretty straight forward but when I checked it with the snippet tool it wouldn't load properly.
This is the message they gave me:

I set up my authorship but it didn't work properly. It is telling me Wealthy Affiliate

The excerpt from the page will show up here. The reason we can't show text from your webpage is because the text depends on the query the user types. How do I fix this?
Hi Donna. I agree with Kim. It would be good to set it up. Who knows.......Google may change their mind about the non-support and start supporting authorship again. This way you already have it set up.

Google sent out an announcement that they were not supporting Google Authorship any longer, as far as I know. I had done mine already before they announced that. It was really recent as well.
Oh?? Well thanks for letting me know! I always think it's something I did wrong. :))) I have been known to make errors from time to time.
Someone said it was probably good to set it up anyways. :)
Well I do have it set up. Hopefully sometime Google will allow it again.
