Did you know that mobile phones now make up at least 75% of current internet users?

Also, at least one third of the searches done on mobile phones are local searches. Yep! According to Google, these mobile, local searches are growing at a rate that is 50% faster than all mobile searches!!!

So here's the tip:

Most mobile local searches will have the words "close by" or "near me". You can add those words in your title, your description and in other places. That will help those doing local searches find you faster. As a result, you get better SEO ranking!
