it seems there are some issues with using some of the store themes like azon and covert shopper has anyone used sell fire?
the question is with Wordpress not WA.
WA uses the Wordpress platform, this means it is the same Wordpress you would find anywhere else.

does WA have PLR or content generation to help with blogging
I would definitely avoid using PLR content. There is no way to get it ranked, and it doesn't help your visitor usually. In the time that you could spin a PLR article so that it counts as unique content, you could write a 100% unique piece that's very targeted to your visitors.
Nope, WA does not have it. But WA has lessons that teach you about content writing and low hanging fruit. :)
