The Blog Over-Achiever
We all know those folks who like to share everything, and no one else gets a chance. They're one step ahead, so it seems. They mean well, but they can become so distracting. You forget what your goal is. You forget what you want to accomplish. It''s all so interesting, All the bells and whistles and animations, These are all superfluous to what you really want to accomplish. Keep your goal in sight and focus.

Exactly, it is always your responsibility if you get distracted or find being threatened by someone else's doing. Just focus on yourself, do the trainings, ask questions yourself, or even answer some if you can. By doing all this you won't have time to write a blog like this. People express themselves as they fill fit, as you have done so too.
So, keep your goal in sight and focus on what you want to accomplish.
