Sometimes we will get anger because of some tiny thing that happen.

When we feel things don't go smooth, we will get angry easily.

But, do you know that anger is not good for us?

Anger could ruin your life and destroy everything you have.

So we need to learn to control our anger.

There are many ways can help in reduce or control our anger.

Some several ways like:

Practice relaxation skills. We can take a deep breath or calm down ourselves by listening music or do some exercise or yoga. This helps.

Use humor to release our anger. When you feel anger, you can try to read some funny things or jokes, it's help to release our tension.

Read positive quotes or articles. This will give you positive energy and let you feel to reduce your anger.

Eat some nice foods. Sometimes eat a nice food can helps to reduce our bad feeling in anger.
