Yep, smiling is a good thing, no doubt...Laughter is another one that everyone needs to add to their daily routine...Laughing at yourself or at some funny things around you can relieve stress, make the day go by easier, and is just a lot more fun than walking around and acting grumpy and unhappy (see this too much)...Mindset is everything!
