Storms In Your Lives
Can you avoid storms popping up in your life? No, we cannot.
We all have them. Some are not really storms but just small rain falls.
Others can seem like hurricanes.
Some storms last longer than others. Have your found yourselves in any storms of
life lately? I have been having many and they have been robbing me of time
that I thought I would be able to devote to my learning here.
Some I consider minor like not having a laptop to work on (I write this during a break).
Others deal with more pressing concerns that can consume you with worry and occupy
your thoughts completely. The winds of these storms can be brutal and can seem
to knock you over and blow you backwards. That is what I have been going through.
So I apologize to all the people who have started to follow me and I have not said hello.
I promise that I will get to you when these storms subside.
Do you get these storms in your lives? How do you face them?
I once had a crazy dream about these. In the dream there was great wind blowing
against me and trying to prevent me from pressing forward. In the dream the thought
came to me that I have to push back against the wind. It was hard at first to get moving but
eventually I started to build the momentum and then I became a force pressing the winds back!
I never forgot that dream and I continually think of it during these times.
Do you have storms going on in your lives now? Are they taking precedence over what
you hoped to accomplish here at WA? We all have setbacks; no one is immune to those.
What matters is that you start standing strong against the winds and know that there is One
who is behind you holding you up and Who will help you push back against the winds. As
long as you don’t give up and stand strong against these storms and trust in the One helping
you, then you will succeed.

I think if I related all the details of that dream you would find it really cool. It was deep. Not just me standing against the wind, but there was a song playing about pushing back against the wind. I started flying the harder I pushed and sailed high into the sky. It was a dream that I had many years ago but one that made a lasting imprint!

Very cool. Dreams that leave a lasting imprint on our conscious waking mind are of great significance and importance, I honestly believe and have read as much. I understand your frustration with being able to commit the time to this wa process... I have hardly had the chance to get my website up and running yet. But I have faith that the time will come and I will make the time. Focusing on the process man trying to focus on the process. Well, peace in abundance be yours always my friend

We all want to be successful that's why we are here in WA committing yourself to achieve our goals.
I didn't allow to myself count all the storm and trouble because I want to become successful.
When I read the book of The Secret and THE MAGIC this quote I use to remind myself always.
"BETTER TO LOSE WHILE NAMING YOUR BLESSINGS THAN TO LOSE YOUR BLESSINGS TO COUNT YOUR TROUBLES."

Thanks Rene, I will look at that! I hope I did not give the wrong impression. I agree with you. It is the storms in our lives that make us stronger. It is how we face those storms that show us who we are. We may get slowed down a bit but we gather strength to march forward.

Once I realized that everything has always somehow worked out so far, I started to see how I could have faith in times of trouble.
