It's Time for a Nap

As some of you know from my last post, I have been working around the clock since Friday night to transfer and restore my website to the siteRubix servers with all the 24/7 support as well as all the cool website "bells and whistles" that come included in the Premium Membership (best value on the entire internet)

My site's traffic crashed the hosting that I was originally with several times and the "cut rate" support only got back with my several requests once and here's what he said (with personal identifying information removed):

Hi Taquee,

Sorry about that.
It was a temporary server glitch.
I fixed it right away.
All sites are functioning normal now.

Having the same problem again.


I'll stop there to spare you the redundant back and forth, unproductive conversation. My site went down one final time on Friday and as I write this, I have not heard from support nor has my old website been restored. I am sure we lost several sales because of it.

I should have made the switch a long time ago but I was being lazy and rationalizing that the other hosting wasn't costing us much especially compared to the sales we were bringing in.

note to self: "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!"

I made the decision that it was time to move to a better overall service. Since then, I have been importing, rebuilding and revamping our new website on SiteRubix with WA. CHECK IT OUT HERE! I have seen the traffic trickling back in and also sales!

Now it's time for a nap....
