Got My Site Indexed Between 2-7 Days

I know that is a weird title but let me explain.

I was notified within two days that my site had been indexed. I got the email from WA and when I checked in Siterubix I saw that was indeed true that was 10-26-17 2 days after I had submitted my sitemap.

It didn't show actually indexed until 10-31-17 within Google Console.

This is the process I followed. Quick disclaimer I could have swore that I had saved those training articles to give credit later but it seems I did not real bummer!

The first thing I did of course was set up All In One SEO following the Certification training.

I then submitted a sitemap to get the ball rolling.

Then I verified my site in Google and Bing using FTP with this training since I bought the domain and could. Quick note WA keeps your FTP password hidden for the first 30 days if you need it before submit a support ticket.

I also found some training here that recommended adding your site to Google Analytics first then setting up the All In One plug in.

Since I had already done that I added my site to GA then came back to to the plug in and added the tracking code.

After I had a few post on my site I fetched my site based on training I found here (again thought I save it!) the training was a bit older so not only do you want to do this for your site on desktop but Mobile as well. By default the Fetch tool is for desktop I fetched a copy of my site for mobile as well and requested it be indexed.

Also what I did on the first few post was embed videos I created on them. I added a video sitemap creator and created a sitemap for the videos. I didn't submit this to google.

I then took the videos and went to Pingfarm and pinged the videos to get them crawled. I thought with the sitemap and embedding them on my site would force Google to crawl them in the posts as well.

Afterwards I kept creating content and requested Google + followers and likes right here within WA.

I also took advantage of requesting comments here as well.

And then the next thing you know I log into the Search Console and I am indexed. I hope my next blog is about the rankings I have achieved I hope this post helps.
