So, why well-established websites? The site I am going to introduce you to curates the top news stories in every industry. You can use these for content ideas, but this would only be appropriate for well-established websites whose posts get indexed and ranked quickly.

By the time a newer site has the post ranked, which could be several months, the content would be out of date and no longer being searched for. Having said that, there are still plenty of "evergreen" topics that can be used as the basis of a post at any time of year.

The home page has its most popular sites listed, usually covering tech and news.

You can hover over each sentence and it shows an overview of what the post is about. You can then click on the link and be taken straight to the article.

At the top of the page, you can see all the different categories, such as Business, Lifestyle, Entertainment etc. The drop-down arrow allows you to delve deeper, perhaps into Fitness or Beauty.

So, let's take a look at Fitness. On the left, you see all the top news stories from various fitness sites. Plus, there are the top stories featured in several named sites, considered to be some of the best fitness sites. Immediately, you have over 50 content ideas! And lower down the page, there are links to top Tweets in the fitness niche.
