When Having The Flu was a Good Thing!

For the last week, I've had the flu. I don't have to give you all the sad details---I'm sure you've experienced the flu on some memorable occasions! Here's why having the flu was a good thing for me:

  • I was forced to slow down and focus
  • I was able to tackle some projects I've been postponing--- taxes, letter to Attorney General & Secretary of State, write some blogs, post comments on WA blogs, etc.
  • Less cleaning and more loving on my animals---while lying in bed
  • More Meditating....and blogging about Meditating!

As you may have figured out, I have a VERY SHORT attention span and can always come up with too many things to do that are NOT AS IMPORTANT as my WA studies and blogging. Sitting for more than 10 minutes has always been a challenge for me.

I want to thank the WA community for always being there for me and continuing to be such an inspiration. You're an unusual bunch of folks and I've never experienced such great, positive support in my life. I know that, together, we will all be successful at Wealthy Affiliate. ;-)

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hope you feel better soon :)

Thanks! That's the good thing about feeling so badly---any improvement feels great!

It's good you were able to make the most of an unpleasant experience with the flu. Good on you, keep up the good work! :)

Thanks! I'm getting soooo much done. Perhaps I should have gotten sick earlier. ;-)

Yes, having the flu kind of forces you to stay inside which is more conducive to getting more work done!
