Can anyone tell me how to go about changing my membership account from yearly to monthly? I have been all over account settings, and all I see is a cancel button and instructio
Because you have already paid the annual membership in full, there is no mechanism in on your account page to ask for the remainder of your annual payment to be refunded. You could write to Kyle and ask if that can be done. Or, you could simply wait until your annual membership needs to be renewed and renew for monthly. I hope this helps.
