Your first Niche' should be easy

Your first Niche website shouldn't be a tough decision. At least I don't think so. For me the decision was rather easy. I decided to just go with what I love. Doesn't the saying go something like, "As long as you're doing what you love, it will never be work."?

So I decided to go with the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Mixed Martial Arts as my niche.

Something about it speaks to the primal nature in me. It speaks on some level to the warriors and gladiators who have gone before. For those of us who grew up watching wrestling, during the early days of the WWF, it was almost as if those characters who were living scripted lives in the WWF, had suddenly become terrifyingly real in the UFC. In a very good way!

One of my fondest memories was getting to see the UFC in it's early days. No rules to speak of. No weight classes. Yet witnessing firsthand a slight, meek looking Brazilian, get into this Octagon shaped cage, and literally manipulating his opponent into making him tap the canvas. Often this opponent was much larger than him.

It put me in the mind of what every bully should have to experience :)

I was hooked. I could feel their adrenaline, having been in a few scuffs in my time. I wanted to live vicariously through these modern day warriors.

So what better to make my initial niche website choice?

Why not take something I already love, and combine it with a voice via a website?

I encourage you, at least in these footsteps, follow me. There is something that you are TRULY passionate about.

Take that, channel it, and use it to your advantage.

What you are passionate about, you are ALREADY an expert on. At least you think so :)
