When can I expect my move from "siterubix" to my ".com"?
How long does it take?
Jaxy wont let me complete a support ticket.
Any ideas on how to get this task done woul
Are the domain name DNS settings of the dot com site pointing to WA servers for more than 2-3 days (to be sure that WA servers can see this information)?
If yes, the move from "siterubix" to your dot com site should be pretty quick.
You should be able to raise a support ticket with WA:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

Thanks for your response. I appreciate it. I tried to raise a support ticket in Siterubix under customer support. It recognized the 2 website but would not allow me to enter additional info to complete my ticket. I will try through WA.

Have you gone through all of the steps to perform the move operation? If so, the move should happen within a few minures at most. If your new domain isn't active yet, I'd suggest opening a support ticket through the SiteRubix panel. (See below)

I did follow your steps and it allowed me to enter the first 2 items and brought up my 2 domains. However the question title and explanation area did not work. I refreshed and tried a couple of times. Appreciate you help Denned
Works ok for me.
Check the following:
A green arrow is beside "Is this related to your website? Yes".
A green arrow is against "Domain" with a domain name beside it.
A green arrow is against "Problem" with a problem area beside it.
The question title allows me to put in a title
The detail area allows me to put in more detail.
The green button "Ask Question" is enabled.
