Dont Waste Time

It has probably been bought up before me, but I was just checking out a post on feedback, as I have many others and a light bulb went off, in the give feedback training you are asked to leave comments on the website that you are checking out. All fine and dandy, then I had a great idea, We all leave comments on the web post itself then we all go back to I need feedback and leave comments to let them know we checked them out. What isn't clear is what kind of comments to leave on the website, some will say how nice, some will say you need this and this which is a great idea. But why do it this way ! Leave youre opinion and points of interest on the website comments, something that they can use and approve for public viewing and then come back to I need feedback and point out the improvements you think they can make. If youre at this point in training then you know someone left a comment. So Dont Waste Time leaving a comment that won't be published on their site, make it something that they could use on it, then go back to feedback with youre thoughts. I love WA thanks for reading, does this make sense. Maybe include this in the training somewhere.

don't forget to like this.

Derek Wood. Love Ya'll

Great advice Derek. This makes a lot of sense.
Giving feedback is part of learning how to support others, as you hope they will support you.

Derek, feedback is always important. The important thing is that the feedback should be helpful and sincere.
