So, I've been bedridden due to a back procedure for the past two weeks, and while lying on my back all day as instructed by my physicians, I have found ways to keep my mind occupied without adding any stress to my body, which would simply worsen the healing process. I've spent hours going through the Wealthy Affiliate tutorials and even managed to create my first website - all while lying horizontally. I have learnt more in one week than I ever thought possible, and I have realised that what initially felt like a curse has turned into a blessing.

Not only am I learning loads about an entire new and untapped realm for me, I have also had special connections with friends calling, messaging, or checking in to see how I'm doing, one of whom has exceeded the meaning of the word "kindness" by showering me with care, wholesome organic meals daily, and assisting with my rehab.

Overall, it has been an incredibly stressful year, but this immobile state I find myself in has provided me with an opportune platform for reflection. I am even more aware of what I want and what I definitely do not want in my life. I plan to pursue my dreams accordingly -- affiliate marketing being one of them.

I look forward to soaking up the depth of knowledge here, applying what I learn, and sharing insights with this amazing community. Hopefully, as I familiarise myself with the pitfalls and victories of online marketing, I will be in a position to answer some of your questions too.
