I wouldn't recommend it. As far as SEO is concerned, it won't help you. And users noticing the misspelling may be turned off by it.

My first site is in the deer hunting niche.
The domain name is wildwerx.com .
I haven't noticed where it has hurt. But I haven't noticed where it helped either.

I ended up selecting the proper spelling. The domain was available.
