Migrating my Blog hosted on GoDaddy to WA hosting

Thanks for stopping by.
As a Premium user, I would like to take the opportunity to migrate GoDaddy products I have into Wealthy Affiliate.
I started a few days ago by pointing a couple of Domain Names from GoDaddy DNS to WA DNS and this was very simple and straighforward to do.
To migrate my Blog hosted in GoDaddy, I read some blogs here on how to do this and proceeded to writting WA Site Support for help.
However, I'm encountering an error that doesn't make much sense to me when clicking the Ask Qiuestion, and is the one shown on my Cover Image above, which doesn't let me go any futther. :(
If I can't submit a message to support, I was like, what else I can do?
Well, I decided to write this short blog post to see if someone knows what could I be doing wrong.

Ok, I figure it out myself after a couple of hours...
My typed ftp password was conflicting in the body message!
The password has special characters. So what I did was to remove it as text and save it as a png file and attached it to the message.
That worked whoo-hoo!
Yes, and I'm getting the above error: "Oops, you may have mistyped the {firstname} variable, please fix before saving this message"
I don't want to save a message, I want to submit the message. Also, I don't see any variable related to a firstname field so this is confusing.
