How do we burn fat

Whether we want to loose weight, maintain it or bring our body in shape. We always have been worried about fat in our body. We are told to burn fat doing lot of activities like exercise, diet etc. But how many of us actually know, how we burn the fat!?

This question always was something to look for. Does it turn into heat, or does it evaporates, or does it go nowhere. Where does it go and how does it exits our body!?

Here is the answer :

To know this, we need to know little bit about fat.
The chemical equation of the fat is C55 H104 O6.

Showing how it's converted to another form:

C55 H104 O6 + 78 O2 -----------> 55 CO2 + 52 H2O {this equation simply shows that fat combined with oxygen(O2) gives us carbondioxide(CO2) and water(H2O).

let's see how it realates to our human body: While we are exercising we use lots of energy and we run out of energy/fule. And thats when our fats come into play. While we are exercising, we are rapidly taking in oxygen through our nose. And the oxygen reaches the fat and undergoes some chemical reactions, to power up the muscles and on the other hand; also produces waste. And that waste is the carbondioxide we breath out every time and water that get out as sweat or through other means.

Therefore, every time you are exercising and your breathing rate is high, you are losing more fat/weight than while sitting down and not breathing rapidly.

Don't forget to breathe more often in a natural flow!
