You are so welcome Angela, and I am so humble and grateful to share that going into my 4th year with Avon, I have been the top seller for the last 3 of those years, simply because I took action. I actually decided that recruiting with Avon was not for me and I enjoy the sales part of the business much better. I actually have a nice team of Avon reps actually simply because I am out here on the internet and not because I recruited them on purpose.

I choose not to actively recruit Avon reps, Not because I don't like helping others but because my current business model gives me to freedom to pursue other markets that I am also passionate about like health and wellness and fitness. It is always my desire to empower others with the knowledge that I gain. However, I dont turn people away that want to become Avon reps on my team.

Hi Ronny.... LOL thanks! I sure am. If I had never taken action, I would not be in business today... Because of what I initially l learned on Wealthy Affiliate I am not a top seller in my Avon District. I just wished I had also focused on recruiting as well at the time. But that is ok... Now all i need to do is create content that is targeted to business builders and take the same action I did to become top in Avon sales. It's just a matter of doing it .. which is the challenge i face almost daily becuase I am stressed from work and too tired to take action. But if I am ever going to get out of the job i must find the strength to take consistent action.
