Super stressed.
So I am having a real moment. I know my new posts have been added in google. I know I am doing really well at my Local SEO.
I know my posts have there Ranks.
This is about me and my Super Affiliate self. I want my affiliates to stay. I already passed one hurdle, but what about this hurdle.
I want more am I wrong to ask for more. Getting referrals isn't so hard but getting them to stay is.
I want to be in Live chat looking after my newbies too. Why cant I be,,, what is it I am doing wrong.
I am a closed book. I dont really nor can I put myself forward talking in YouTube, Thats why I chose Affiliate Marketing.
Maybe I should stick to what I am good at local seo. Heck who knows. I will get there in the end.
Funny I should go back to the beginning and work it out for myself. MY goal is Vegas. I will get there in the end. :-)

None of this ever finishes, you are making lots of progress, you have already done so much!
Don’t stress it to much, just chip away at the challenges that you are not comfortable with yet.
It doesn’t all have to be done today.
Use your colleagues at WA, they will support you through the tougher projects you want to tackle!

I take on board all you say. sometimes we all need help and I am not of the asking kind I just kind of met a lull is all.
I am not of the asking kind but when I do, you are top of my list nag, nag, nag! Lol
Just keep asking, sit and think about the answers your receive, stay chilled and see how it comes together!
You can’t always force things to happen, so don’t is the answer.
It is one answer I should say! There are always different ways to do things, different directions to go and there is certainly no single right answer! Life would be so boring if there were!
Follow the training absorb what the ‘boss’ says (Kyle), trust yourself, a recipe for a happier you and some more success in your life!

Have you ever thought of connecting with a few people here who can be accountable to each other? That way, the burden, knowledge and goals are shared and be more easily achieved by utilizing relevant skillsets.
If you believe you are not good at speaking and recording your videos, then someone from the group could do it for you. However, I am sure you would do a great job. Just try it. Step out of your comfort zone. :)

Well OK, one thing at a time...I have had a few referrals and none have stayed. Who knows?

Hi Debs, well no need to be stressed over anything. When i get stressed i play that song " Don't worry, be happy" lol, might seem a bit funny to some but it does make me more calmer. You seem to be doing very good and keeping up the awesome work. Sometimes its hard to not be stressed. I know some managers and corp office people at the company i work for and sometimes as they say crap hits the fan.. some will have a smile on there face and good heart during that time. sorry i know it might change subject on whats messages on here but i just had to say it. you are doing a great job.

Well Debs, since you are getting referrals, you've won half the war.
I don't have any referrals to keep, but my plan is to have them in an email marketing campaign where we stay in touch. Start a private Facebook group that you can invite them to where you can be there to mentor them. Live chat won't work.
YouTube is huge for me. I make videos but I'm not in them. I make how to and review videos whee I help others with screen recordings. They seem to be getting more popular. But answering their questions with a how to video would be killing 2 birds with 1 stone. Answering questions, plus promoting you .
But the Facebook group would be a great way to communicate with them daily.

I have the face book group and a fb page maybe I need to be more assertive and look out of my boundaries. I find that quite scary though. I dont even like talking on videos.

Well, I sound like a backwoods hick. So if they will listen to me without laughing the whole time, I'm sure they will love you. You'd be surprised at how getting to know you will help them open up a little.
Maybe offer Google hangout 1 on 1 sessions or phone consultations where they can ask you questions. Just throwing stuff out there.

Just sleep when you think you can't do anything, lol. For the meantime do other things than to force yourself work but produce nothing.
It's really difficult to think and think and think but in fact thinking nothing, hahaha. I am experiencing it.

I know how you feel cause that's how I've been feeling lately. Hopefully, things will improve for the better hopefully sooner than later.
Daniel those moments we all endure and its proper crazy. Then something comes along and boots us back into reality we often forget what we are really good AT. I forget sometimes how good I can be. Heck I have come so far lately. Now that doesn't mean to say I don't have work to do.
If not now more than ever its a step at time. Every thing we do is a challenge and maybe its the passion that keeps us going ;-))
