Finding my niche and the Amazon Affiliate Opportunity
So, as some of my followers already know by reading my profile, I am already an established entrepreneur of sorts in the retail sector, both online ( meaning I have a merchandise website ) and I am currently putting together a brick and mortar store in our little community.
So, that means that I have a niche ( or several niches depending on what I choose ), and I have been doing my training and was reminded that Amazon Associates Program could be very lucrative for me.
Well, I already have a personal Amazon account with Prime, and a business account as well for my current business. And it has been a joy selling my stuff on Amazon as well.
So, this business minded person (me) decides "Hey why not, you are already established?", right ?
No wrong, sadly enough. LOL
As it has it on the Amazon Associates Program, I am not eligible because of where I am established. Crazy ( but okay for now ).
After a little teeny tiny research, if you live in the states below or have a business in the states below you are not eligible to participate in the program.
The states are: Arkansas, Maine, Missouri (my lovely state), Vermont, Washington, and Washington D.C.
So, even if I have to get a office in a state close by with an address that will make me eligible to join the Amazon Associates Program, I will do so. I don't let small obstacles or problems get in the way of my success on anything. LOL.
Or, the other way is to maybe find a loop hole some where to over come this tiny teeny problem.
Like I mentioned before, Amazon is a great place for my business and I will never say anything less about them. But now I have a small mole hill to get over or around, and I shall do so.
I will keep everyone updated as I find a good solution to this small problem, or if anyone has a idea on how to get around this please by all means share.
It will be greatly appreciated.
