Problem solved, Hallelujah!
For the past 72 hrs I have been battling with my site back office. I have sent several messages to Kyle and the support team. They tried to resolve the issues several times, but still couldnt upload a new photo to my post and after trying for so many hours, I almost gave up! I prayed silently cause I didnt know what else to do. I have wasted so much time on this. And I felt uncomfortable bothering anyone with these issues again.
So these are what I did. Thanks to this beautiful community @ Ropesa suggested it could be my theme and I remembered the whole thing started when I changed my theme.
Then I started testing one theme after another. Finally, I realized that I only knew one way to upload media and there are two more ways I could actual do that. If a theme does not work with one it will sure work with another. I’m learning though....
It reads:
You are using the browser’s built-in file up loader. The WordPress up loader includes multiple file selection and drag and drop capability. Switch to the multi-file up loader.
Then I activated plugins and I refreshed my page.
And that was it. Thanks to everyone that I have bothered. Thanks to Kyle and the support team. I can take a break now!

Congratulations! I am encountering several headaches with my websites as well and it takes a lot of trial and errors, asking Site Support and digging deep into youtube for solutions to issues.
Eventually we find the solution. And we can yell out loud in celebration. I keep looking at the frontliners at hospitals these days and I look at my WA problems as very miniscule compared to their challenges . Ha ha ha.
