Hi - you need an autoresponder. They are not available through WA. You need to do some research in Google as to which one would be the best for you, as they all have varying prices, usually paid monthly or yearly.

If I buy domain to my website (bellyfit.sitrubix.com).will I lose my Google index.

Whenever you move a website from one domain to another, yes, your new site location will need to be re-verified, receive NEW tracking ID, and be indexed again.
Having said that... when the information is the same, I do believe that Google indexes faster, simply because there would be steps taken to instruct Google of the move.
