What in the World has Dave Been Doing

So you've been asking what I've been doing with my time. Besides being very busy with real estate I have been working on a new website called Affordable Websites for Small Businesses https://affordablewebsitessmb.com/. It still a work in progress but it is coming along.
I have already picked up a new client and have been working on his website and it has launched. He is a home inspector in my local area in his new website is https://jhisinspections.com/. We have published the website and are now in the process of working on his local SEO to get him ranked higher.
I have also been working with Jay Neil with his new course Affiliate Coach athttps://www.affiliatecoach.co/. I've started a new affiliate website with Jay and we are still working on getting it up and going. Jay has been a great help in understanding my strengths and the weaknesses and using them to our best advantage.
As you have read from other posts I have trouble with writing it has been suggested that I find other people and pay them to do the writing. But I have a different idea that may interest some of you here at WA. I know there are people with the opposite problem that can write extremely well but are having trouble building their website. I would be willing to offer a trade to help with the website in exchange for writing. This way we can benefit each other and form a new relationship.
