Hey Dave, this is good food for thought.
Millennials (born roughly between 1981 and 1996) were the first generation to grow up with widespread access to computers, the internet, and mobile phones, which shaped their social and professional lives.
However, Generation Z (born 1997ā2012) embraces AI the most, often referred to as the first "AI-native" generation.
As such there a learning curve, they all have to overcome. Those who have or will (Overcome) are the ones who will thrive and grow.
And the ones most likely to join communities like WA.

While I think an online business is an excellent idea for anyone at almost any age, Millennials are a little older and therefore a little more settled. They are thinking more about their futures and career choices than their younger counterparts. I hope so, anyway!

Dave, I'm 70 years old from the Baby Boomer generation. The ones charged with repopulating the world after WWII.
I don't see AI as intimidating. Although I sat in my Mens group meeting Friday night and had to debunk the misconceptions about AI that the men had, and these were men aged from 75 years old to 20 years old.
What surprised me most, was that the greatest opposition came from the 20 year old and from people whose profession is actually in IT.
Both sets saw AI as 'evil' and detrimental to human existence. They held the view that ASI would replace humanity. One even pointed to the 'Terminator" series of movies. This coming from persons who I expected to be more aware.
I've found that generalizations are most times deceptive and misleading.

I agree with the direction here. AI will replace some tasks, but it will also reward people who can use it well. Having your own assets (content, email list, audience) gives you options either way.
Spot on, Michael. Anger and resentment over the inevitable don't need to happen. Instead, advancements must be embraced and manipulated to work for us. Carefully building assets outside of the current workplace will be a lifesaver for many.
