Thank You Tech Support.
Just wanted to say thank you to tech support. Now I'm thicker than a submarine door when it comes to the technical side of this business, one of many reasons why I chose WA.
I purchased a plugin which for reasons unknown to me would not load on my website. I researched the questions and found one or answers, but they may as well be written in Chinese because I didn't have a clue.
So off to tech support, I went. The tech staff were swift to reply and uploaded the plugin for me after asking me to send over a link (managed that after many tries and lots of expletives) to the rouge plugin and all completed before my tea went cold.
Tech support deserves a pay rise having to deal with a muppet like me and I just had to compliment them via this short blog.
Thanks guys, you made an old git very happy.
