dave22's Non-Financial Goals...
Going by the book, Steve asked me to include my Non-Financial Goals as well, so here they are, for all to see....
- Next 10 Days: Keep up with friends; maybe play a little golf (if the weather here cools down);
keep up my "spiritual" life.
- Next 30 Days: Make some progress in the dating world; continue to stay in shape; read at
least one good book; get to one more Durham Bulls ballgame.
- Next 6 Months: Follow through on making visits to out-of-town relatives; make progress with
fund-raising activities at my church.
- Next 12 Months: Hopefully improve on my housing situation (from apt. to more permanent
setting). Hopefully take the time to somewhere new (vacation-type trip).

These are definitely worthy non-financial goals. I would tweak the one for the next 12 months tho...I would take out the word 'hopefully'.
Use visioning instead. Envision yourself where you want to be. Act like you are already there. There are all kinds of books on the subject...some call it auto-suggestion, some call it visioning, whatever you call it, it is the power of positive thinking.
I recommend starting with Napoleon Hill's 'Think and Grow Rich" which I believe is now in public domain. He says, 'whatever the mind of man can conceive, and BELIEVE, it can achieve."
Believe it and it will happen!
