Your words ring true in my mind. Whatever situation we find ourselves in can be changed. If it is a good situation, and you want to stay there, you still need to work to keep it going well.
If it is a rough situation, then do the work necessary to change it.
And, by the way, complaining about the situation won't change it!
Actual work is needed to affect a change.
