Having A Break Can Do Wonders.
G'day,
Usually on a Friday afternoon I will go down to my local beach here on the Gold Coast.
This is an opportunity to reflect on the week that has gone and also to think about new ideas for writing content.
I find taking a break is important to strengthen the soul and renew the mind.
Some may enjoy a walk in the bush as we say here in Australia, or the woods as some from other parts of the world would say.
It might be the garden or a walk around the neighborhood.
The important thing is taking a break, as this can open the door to new ideas and opportunities.
Be blessed and enjoy those break times.

Currently Daz we are allowed a daily tilt at some outdoor exercise and our's is a pleasant walk down to our local beach too, dogs in tow.
Not anywhere near as many people around as there usually would be but that adds to the sense of calm too.

Hey Hey Hey, I noticed a new sign off! Is there a story behind Daz?
That skyline of Brisbane and the beaches look simply amazing. You got me thinking about how California stacks up against Australia. The comparison can be only subjective as California is not a country. But it's economy is massive.
Australia has a population of about 25 million. And California about 40 million. Yet Australia has more World Class cities compared to California, At the top of my head are Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
I can only think of three in California. Going up the coast we have San Diego, Los Angeles and San Francisco.
By world class I mean city centers with tall buildings that attract a significant number of International visitors.
I find that very impressive. Especially when the Australian economy ranks 17th in the world compared to 5th for California, I'd love to hear what you think of my musings.

I am mostly called Daz or Dazza here in Australia so I have started to sign off in this way.
It is very Australian to have your name shortened.
The skyline in the photo is Surfers Paradise here on the Gold Coast, the beach in the main photo is called Burleigh Beach.
Brisbane is approx 1 hour north of here.
Yes, we have some big cities here.
All is a wee bit quiet as overseas travel is halted due to COVID 19.
