The Road Ahead
I can feel the hard road beneath my feet. I know it's a long way to go, as I look at the road ahead. Time will tell as to the toll for which I have to pay for success, but I believe it'll be worth it.
With every step I take from now, it will not be easy, I know. But, my desire for change, for myself and for those around me, is too strong to turn away.
I will make it to the end, the person I become will be different to the one I see as my journey starts. In the distance I see a stronger man than the one that stands here today, I look forward to looking back one day.
The road ahead awaits, one step at a time.
