Check the facilities for Starter membership as well. And go through OEC, you will learn from there the steps to use the WA videos! All the best.

With your starter kit, you have access to the OEC Level 1 complete with 10 lessons ...
For efficient uploading of the training videos associated with the lessons, ensure you have closed off any other windows if you're using Windows, and refresh or reboot ... and suggest try a different browser or perhaps check your browser settings ...

what browser are you using. Chrome, firefox, safari, internet explored. If one doesn't work try another browser
Perhaps you need to flush your DNS on your computer and clear the cache. For the DNS here is a link which will show you how depending on what version you have. Just be careful how you use it. https://www.whatsmydns.net/flush-dns.html
