I'm not sure exactly what you're asking. In effect, you want the same as the built in comments system but done by email?! Rich.
You can use Settings > Writing to permit people to publish directly to your account via an email address. However, you're opening yourself up to publishing spam from all and sundry unless there's moderation in between or you restrict the email address to known individuals. Rich.
