Hello again dear colleagues,
Although I have been a member of WA for some time, I am still a beginner. I haven't had enough time to do my education/information/testing prope

Very much so. Site Kit by Kyle Jay's live webinar Irrelevant of what plugin you use, your keywords and compelling content rank you in the search engines.

Many thanks for the answer.
Ok, I will continue with Site Kit and SEO Framework. And I will review the video materials again.
Anyway, I know that for other sophisticated SEO plugins you have to pay monthly to have access to all the facilities.
All the best

Yes, for example, in AIOSEO, you do not need to upgrade or install MonsterInsights, as the standard version suffices. That's why WA shifted to the SEO framework: too much bloating with the AIOSEO.

You're welcome :)

Thank you also for this clarification.

Np :) Have a good start to the week.

I purchased Squirrly SEO and I cannot tell you yet if it is helping but I got a great price on it from AppSumo.

I don't necessarily want to change the SEO Framework, or especially to buy another plugin. It's just that I'm still in the phase where I'm gathering information.
Thanks and all the best.

SEO plugin can help you in ranking in the search engine results page, but is not really necessary.
Get into the HUB, as it suggests keywords/ outlines that will help you out in your content.

Maybe go over this to help you out Cheers,
Maria 🌹

Many thanks for your answer.
I will continue to learn and practice.
All the best.

Regardless of which SEO plugin you use or think of having always take it as a tool not as a requirement with the scores they give you.
SEO plugins will focus more on working within the search engines but these days there is less focus on that and more focus on helpful content which is what Google and other search engines want to see.

Yes certain parts of SEO can be important like the keyword in the title, first paragraph and once in a sub header, and perhaps once more time within the post and that's it.

The rest is to just write naturally for your readers and not for the search engines which SEO plugins will try to get you to do.

Thank you very much for the answer. I know what an SEO plugin is and what it is for. I used, and still haven't deactivated, the SEO Framework. I was wondering if any change is necessary in these increasingly intelligent-artificial times.
All the best.

Regardless of which SEO plugin you use the main thing is to treat it as a tool just just your would with AI they are just tools and not to be relied upon.
Look for what people are actually seaching online and take time to read some of Partha posts they will help you further with SEO and the Proper use of keyword.

i would say stay with the seo framework - especially at the beginning...
learn how to create your posts without any noise or pressure of getting seo perfect...
seo is for the search engines and what the plugins think is required is sometimes old methods that need tweaking nowadays...
so pick a topic, find a keyword, write the article- edit the slug, add images and the featured image, read it out loud, and post....share it socially ....and move onto the next post....
maybe try out the hubs - this can help a lot with what to write about and what categories you use...
but don't force the greens on the seo....

Thank you very much for this answer.
However, what does "edit the slug" mean?
(a slug is that small creature with a shell that eats grass and moves very slowly)

another definition of slug - the url for the post...

Hello again,
I know that we have to update the plugins and the WordPress version as many times as they ask. What should we do when we also have the message: "Please backup

You have FANTASTIC responses here; kindly let us know if you require additional assistance.

Site Support does that now, my friend!

Hello dear colleagues,
I started a new site on a .siterbux domain, I looked for a theme that I think is suitable for the chosen niche, I studied the plugins, etc. I have now

It depends: have you recently moved it to your premium dot com?

Have you applied the move feature within your site manager to move your siterubix subdomain to your dot com?

You would need to wait up to 30 days (Kyle's recommendation) for 301 redirects to be completed and for the search engines. After that, you MAY delete the subdomain; however, you could keep it longer if hosting space is not an issue or for testing purposes such as themes, plugins, scripts, coding, etc.

You can check Kyles's training tutorial below.

Hello Abie,
Everything is already done, I moved all the content from Siterubix.com to a .com. I didn't delete anything, I left it as it is.
Thanks for this answer.

That's FANTASTIC, and thanks for the update.

You can do two things with your site rubix site.

1 you can choose to delete it as you have already moved it to your own domain. But if this was recent I would check with site support first as at times it needs to propagate first.
They will let you know when it is save to delete the site rubix.

2 the other option is as you are a premium member you can host up to three domains which can be a combination of the free siterubixi and your own domain.

So you can actually use the site rubix as a testing site for themes, plugins etc rather than testing it on your own dot com domain.

The choice it up to your but as I said before deleting the site rubix check with site support to make sure all is ok before you do.

Thanks for these tips.
That was the basic idea, to start on Siterubix for tests. I will wait a few days to see what happens.
All the best.

You are welcome wishing you well

Could you tell me if you're talking about the content? I believe that once you move all content to .com the siterubix site can be deleted. Wait a day or two then delete.

Yes, all the content has been moved, including the theme, plugins, posts, and pages. I made this decision because I believe that the chances of ranking are higher on a .com domain.
Thank you very much for the answer.
All the best.

You are most welcome Daniel

Hello dear colleagues,

Very good and useful questions! I'd love to see the answers too!

Hi Daniel,

It is definitely advisable to convert images to WebP format, it helped me a lot with my website speed. You can do the conversion using this tool:

https://image.online-convert.com/convert-to-webp

I'm aware that Google PageSpeed Insights suggest using the Performance Lab plugin, but I wasn't able to do that here - I believe the plugin may be blacklisted on WA hosting.

Imagify is also blacklisted on WA hosting. The image optimization plugin I use is the free version of Smush, and it's doing a good job so far.

There are many plugins that help with optimizing JavaScript and CSS codes. Autoptimize is a good example, so you can try it if you wish.

Keep in mind that some plugins are incompatible with certain themes and other plugins, so if you find that a certain plugin doesn't do a good job, just deactivate it and consider using another one.

For example, the Autoptimize plugin has many great reviews, but it wrecked my website, so I don't use it.

many thanks

You're most welcome. 😁
